Help us raise funds for our Documentary!

Important FUNDRAISER Update — And a Call for Support
We want to update everyone on the situation with our documentary fundraiser. GoFundMe has closed our campaign, stating that it breached a policy relating to “legal defence of financial and violent crimes.” As all of you know, this project was never about legal defence - it was a documentary focused on miscarriages of justice in Scotland
Their decision is disappointing, but it will not stop us.
In fact, the recent Supreme Court judgment has validated the very existence of JIMS and confirmed that the issues we raise are real, serious, and long overdue for scrutiny. Our work matters now more than ever, and the stories we’ve collected will be told
Refunds are now being processed automatically, and donors should receive their funds back within 3–7 days.
We are finalising the official JIMS bank account, and once it is open, we will share the details publicly.
If you are able to, we would be deeply grateful if you could:
• Hold onto your refunded donation
• Re-donate once the account is live
• And - if possible - consider contributing a little more so we can make it even bigger or consider inviting family and friends to support the documentary too
This setback only shows how important our work is
It’s clear our efforts are unsettling the very people who helped create this broken system in the first place. We cannot let them win by staying silent
We also ask everyone to share this update widely. Spread it through your networks, group chats, and communities. Let people see exactly what’s happening and why our work must continue.
Thank you truly to every person standing with us. Your support keeps this fight moving forward. And we will keep going, with determination, integrity, and a promise to tell the truth that others are desperate to bury

Help us raise funds for our Documentary!

Scotland’s first-ever documentary on false accusations & wrongful convictions is coming!
For the first time ever in Scotland, a documentary will shine a light on the lives destroyed by a broken system - stories that have been ignored for far too long.
We’re creating something Scotland has never seen before - the first documentary of its kind to expose the truth about wrongful convictions and the devastating impact of a broken justice system.
This film will give a voice to innocent men and their families who have been silenced for too long. It will reveal how flawed laws, biased practices, and political agendas have destroyed lives - and why real reform is long overdue.
We’re working with a professional film team who have recorded for major broadcasters and some of the world’s biggest streaming platforms, ensuring this story is told powerfully, truthfully, and with the quality it deserves.

If you can’t donate, please share this link to help us reach more people who care about truth and fairness.
This isn’t just a film. It’s a movement to expose injustice - and Scotland’s chance to finally face the truth.

Join us for our next silent protest!
Before Christmas, we will gather together once more - for love, for justice, and for the families shattered by Scottish broken laws.
Christmas should be a time of family, warmth, and hope - yet countless families face the holidays divided, missing fathers, brothers, sons, and partners.
We will stand for them. We will stand for the lives torn apart by injustice. We will stand for the fight to restore fairness, accountability, and humanity to our courts.
Date: 16th December
Time & place: To be released soon

We now have a shop on Shopify
We've had so many people ask us about JIMS t-shirts… so we’ve finally set up a wee online shop.
If you’ve been looking for a way to show your support—now you can wear it. Every design was made with purpose, and every penny of profit goes straight back into the JIMS campaign: fighting for justice, raising awareness, and standing up for innocent men and their families.
We’re not a big organisation. We don’t have sponsors or government funding. But what we do have is a growing community of brave people, willing to speak the truth—and now you can help us keep going.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us this far. We hope there’s a t-shirt here with your name on it.
