Next protest - International Falsely Accused Day - 9th September 2026, Holyrood, Edinburgh, 2pm-4pm
On Wednesday 9th September, between 2pm and 4pm, Justice for Innocent Men Scotland will be joining the International Falsely Accused Day protest outside Holyrood.
We would absolutely love to see a strong JIMS turnout.
This is not only an opportunity to stand together and make our voices heard — it’s also a lovely chance for our community to meet, reconnect, support one another and put faces to the names we see so often online.
But most importantly, we need to remind Parliament that we have not gone away.
We continue to stand for:
Fair trials
Justice for those who maintain their innocence
Due process and proper safeguards
A justice system that protects everyone’s rights
The UK Supreme Court ruling of 12 November 2025 has raised serious questions about the fairness of past trials in Scotland. Yet for many people maintaining innocence, the route to justice remains incredibly difficult to navigate.
That is why we need to keep showing up.
On 9th September, let's stand together, make some noise and remind those inside Holyrood that behind the statistics and legal arguments are real people, real families and lives that continue to be affected.

If you're part of the JIMS community, please come along if you can. Bring your voices, your support and your determination.
Let's get a good turnout and show that the fight for fair trials and justice for those who maintain innocence continues.
SEE YOU THERE.

Join us for our next silent protest!
Before Christmas, we will gather together once more - for love, for justice, and for the families shattered by Scottish broken laws.
Christmas should be a time of family, warmth, and hope - yet countless families face the holidays divided, missing fathers, brothers, sons, and partners.
We will stand for them. We will stand for the lives torn apart by injustice. We will stand for the fight to restore fairness, accountability, and humanity to our courts.
Date: 16th December
Time & place: To be released soon
Join us. And let's fight for justice, for love, for fair trials.
