JIMS held our first public protest on 13th June 2025 putside the Supreme Court in Edinburgh to raise awareness and inform the public about the current issues in the Scottish Criminal Justice System. It was well attended by over 100 people - members and their families and friends, podcasters, journalists and other inetersted parties
Members of JIMS attended Edinburgh High Court in February 2025 in support of D Daly who was appealing his wrongful conviction. He was successful and has been released on bail pending a retrial.
Members of JIMS attended BBC Debate Night in Galashields in March 2025 to raise awareness of the situation with the Scottish Justice System.
